After a thorough intake which will determine your current needs, goals, lifestyle etc. a solution geared towards achieving your desired goal(s) in each area – mindset, food and activity – will be created and customized to YOUR needs, lifestyle, environment, food likes/dislikes, activity level, mindset challenges. No two solutions for clients are alike.
The guidance regarding mindset, food and activity you receive is easy to follow and integrate into your current life.
Weekly calls and check-ins are important to keep you on track. Having a reliable accountability system in place is key to your sustainable success. We celebrate your wins and address your challenges or needs for adjustments of the plan.
The plans you get will be as unique as you are - customized to YOUR needs, based on your lifestyle, environment, food likes/dislikes, activity level, mindset challenges.
You receive easy to follow support, e.g. detailed recipes, step-by-step videos if needed.
No matter what your current diet is (omnivore, vegan, vegetarian etc.), there’s no judgment, dogma or need to follow a specific “diet” - we assist you in healthifying your current eating habits, mindset and movement routine.
Because the FoodPrint you receive is geared specifically to your needs and lifestyle, is based on addition rather than restriction, and will be adjusted as needed, you can achieve sustainable results.

As a lawyer with offices in Berlin and Los Angeles, I lived a hectic lifestyle that lacked one thing: time. I neglected my health, felt uncomfortable in my body and went from one diet to the next.
Short-term successes did not last and I began to develop an uneasy relationship with food. I decided to treat myself and my problem like I would treat a client, a case, and to do everything to represent my client in the best possible way - in this case myself. So, I started my journey of intensive research, trained as a nutrition coach, took the pressure off to follow a certain diet and instead started to replace, for example, my favorite dishes with healthier alternatives.
Just as I know from my professional career as a lawyer, I researched the facts of healthy diets, looked into them, and developed a strategy. I developed HEALTH ADVOCATE Coaching from the realization that every person is unique and therefore needs a diet that suits their type and their lifestyle.
Just like my work as a passionate attorney, I now represent and support people in reclaiming their health, and a body they feel completely comfortable in.
Healthy eating with pleasure and joy is possible, I know that today. That's why I want to spare those who want to change long-term the ordeal of going from diet to diet, and give them an individually created, simple and lifelong health routine that offers sustainable success.
